What happens on the day of delivery?

You will be contacted in advance to arrange a convenient date. We will position the furniture as directed and remove all packaging materials - unless you wish to keep them. Please make sure all access points are clear of obstacles. You should also ensure there is someone in your property to receive and sign for the furniture. 

What happens if I am out when you deliver?

As we always pre-arrange a delivery day with you and our items need to be signed for, we will be unable to leave your furniture and it will be returned to the distribution centre. Someone will contact you to arrange a further delivery date. There may be an additional extra delivery charge. 

Can I nominate a day or time for delivery?

We endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible and usually no later than 7 days after it becomes available. We would appreciate you accepting delivery on the same basis. We deliver Monday to Friday. 

Delivery Cost - Free to the most of the UK mainland when you spend over £200.

The prices shown on our Website include VAT but some areas of the UK may be subject to a home delivery charge. We only use our own transport or dedicated furniture carriers who have experience of transporting such items.
Using our own delivery personnel means that we have to charge for some areas of the UK as the costs involved are greater than if we used a courier company. However the chance of your item being damaged during transit and needing to be replaced is greatly reduced.

Can I buy from outside of the UK?

Not usually but we can sometimes arrange something, especially if you can arrange your own shipping.
